Are you guys allowed to add the credit card charges to the bill?

We are in NZ ... this was

allowed ( all merchants, and not just docs ) 2 years ago for us.

Like Dave, I use Intuit Merchant Services through Quickbooks. Easily

downloads transactions and does recurring payments. Throught the

Quickbooks makes and sends email invoices and statements, prepares tax

related reports, etc. I would definitely look at that if you are using

Quickbooks for your accounting.

Prices were the same or better when compared required

monthly minimums, fees, etc.
