(BORL), a joint venture of M/s. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and M/s. Oman Oil Company Limited is setting up a state-of-art, grass root refinery with a capacity of 6 MMTPA at Bina, Dist. Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. Refinery site is about 7 km. from Bina Railway Junction. The Project activities are in full swing and the refinery is expected to be on stream by end of 2009. For efficient project management and operation of this refinery, BORL is looking for talented first class Engineering Graduates, HR - MBA, Chartered Accountants from reputed institutes in the disciplines of: - Disciplines Chemical Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation Civil Health Safety & Environment Human Resource Finance Company Secretary Positions Sr. Vice President Vice President Manager Asst. Manager Compensation Package: will be very attractive and in the range of 6 to 20 lakhs per annum Age Limit: 50 years as on 1.3.2006 Details of each Discipline as described below: Chemical Education: Candidates should have First Class Degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed University. Experience: 2-20 years experience in Technology / Operation of Refinery / Petrochemical Complex. Job Responsibilities: Includes review of PFDs, P & IDs, Process Packages, HAZOP studies and knowledge of process plant operations, safety & environmental standards. Mechanical Education: Candidates should have First Class Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University Experience: 2-20 years experience in Major Projects, Plant Maintenance / Inspection, Maintenance Planning of Refinery / Petrochemical Complex. Job Responsibilities: Involves study / review of mechanical aspects of PFDs, P & IDs, equipment data sheets, plant layout, CADs, various specifications & standards, etc. Electrical Education: Candidates should have First Class Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed University Experience: 2-20 years experience in Major Projects, Plant Maintenance of Refinery / Continuous Process Industry. Through knowledge of HT/LT Switchgears, Transformers, Captive Power Generation and Distribution Network is essential. Should be fully conversant with CCOE norms, hazardous area classification and statutory requirements for electrical installations. Instrumentation Education: Candidates should have First Class Degree in Instrumentation Engineering from a reputed University Experience: 2-20 years experience in Major Projects & Plant Maintenance of Refinery / Petrochemical Complex. Job Responsibilities: The job involves review of instrumentation design basis, process plants & utility offsites, P & Ids / PFDs, instrument data sheets, etc. Knowledge of pipeline control systems (SCADA) safety instrumentation system for plant & utilities will be added advantage. Civil Education: Candidates should have First Class Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed University Experience: 2-20 years experience in Major Projects, Plant Maintenance / Inspection, Maintenance Planning of Refinery / Petrochemical Complex/ Design - Construction. Health Safety & Environment Education: First class in BE (FIRE ENGG.) from National Fire Service College, Nagpur University or equivalent Engineering degree from reputed University in the field of Safety, Environment, Fire prevention and design of fire protection systems. Experience: 2- 20 years working experience in Fire Services & Safety Departments in Refinery, Petrochemical installations. Conversant with the Govt. Factories Acts & rules, OISD standards, Statutory requirements for Fire services, Fire Insurance and prevention, Safety and environment aspects. The candidates must have experience in refineries or petrochemical installations specifically with ISRS, ISO,OSHA & relevant safety standards, Procurement & inspection of Fire and safety equipments. Field experience in Safety & Fire services, Fire protection systems, Disaster management, training and handling of emergencies. Human Resource Education: First class Graduates with MBA or equivalent degree (AICTE Approved) in HRM from reputed Institutes Experience: 2-20 years relevant experience in gamut of HR functions. Finance Education: Chartered Accountants with good academic record preferably with Cost Accountant / Company Secretary qualification Experience: 2 to 20 years experience. Job Responsibilities: The job responsibilities mainly cover treasury management, financial reporting, maintenance of accounts, administration of taxes, finalisation of contract agreements and other documents, etc. Company Secretary Education: A qualified Company Secretary Experience: At least 8 years experience and well versed with Secretarial Practices, Company legal matters, SEBI regulations, etc. in a listed Company. All the above positions will be based at Bina, District Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, however initially during construction period, some of the positions may be based at Mumbai / Delhi / Jamnagar depending upon the needs of the Company.
