Today, the ole menu contains: M1 Vanilla SpiruTein Shake M2 Turkey and swiss on Hearty Rye bread w/spicy mustard (EFL modification) M3 Chicken Pomodoro (EFL cook-over) M4 Strawberry Cheesecake (EFL) M5 Teriaki Chicken, mashed taters, (EFL cook-over),raw veggies M6 Banana Style (EFL cookover) Long day today. Done at 10:00 p.m. Gym closes at 11:00 pm. Plan is to hit the gym tonight at 10:15. Legs usually take me 40 mins. It CAN be done.
