Guest guest Posted May 18, 2006 Report Share Posted May 18, 2006 Well, I have made a big committment..........I am going to work with a personal trainer and see if I can't get my diet straightened out and get it to work for me!!!! This gal is a National Champion.......she looks impressive! She also gave me a couple exercises to include in my workouts using an exercise ball. She said my current workout plan is good, just needed to add a couple more things. She gave some diet suggestions and told me to shoot for 1700 calories for now and see how I do with that. Sounds like a plan.......hope I have better luck than I did with the one I wasted 10 weeks on that didn't work! I told her I seem to be able to cope better if I have less carbs and more protein, she said that seems to be the case for her personally also. That was a relief to hear that........thought I was the one that was totally messed up! :>) Guess I will wander off to bed and dream of squats and leg presses. LOL Z.
