how terribly sad... great ...now when i have the money to subscribe

they won't be around.... anyone have a suggestion for other good

magazines..pref for women?

I'm glad to hear I will be getting a refund. I've been burned before

by magazines ceasing printing before my subscription expired.

I read in a recent issue from Bill that he would no longer

be contributing to the Magazine. I was disappointed to hear that. I

wonder what the real story is behind this.

Yeah, it's a bummer! I had no idea they were going under either.

As far as other women's fitness magazines, my all-time favorite has

always been Muscle & Fitness Hers. It's less " fluffy " than Energy

(more on fitness, less on beauty products, tho I do like Energy

too) ... great workouts and nice meal plans and they always have

some great inspirational story. The others I like in order of

importance: Fitness, Oxygen (altho all the incessant ads for Muscle

Tech products are annoying), Self. M & F Hers is by far the best one

for weight-training-centric women tho.

course Weider has sold them also I understand. But as far as I know

they are still being published. There was magazine out of Canada for

a while but I can't remember the name.

Speaking of Weider.... what is the consensus of him and what he

teaches??
