Guest guest
LOL, you are too funny! Perhaps, you need a good massage or a nice hot bath. I'm really tired of doing my cardio indoors on the treadmill and my dog hates it!!! No, he doesn't get to run on the treadmill, but he knows he is missing an opportunity to run outside so I get barked at everytime I step on the treadmill and Hugh uses the elliptical. It is too dark to run outside in the morning before work, however the road has finally dried and no more snow. We have been running outdoors most weekends though. We ended up having to make our free day a different day this week and I didn't do workouts that day either. Usually, I do legs right before free day and get a day to rest them before cardio. This week I didn't get a day of rest due to the change in schedule, but I still felt strong during cardio. I just didn't put the treadmill on any incline. I hope your legs forgive you soon. I didn't believe it until I tried them for myself. I have never gone back to forward/walking lunges again! I love 'em. Easier on the knees too, a nice bonus. Jen B.
