Guest guest
Observations from the last couple weeks: 1) It is way more fun to do preacher curls when your triceps are not sore. I've changed the order of my days, which puts shoulder/tricep day after back/bicep day. 2) I have a lot more confidence when doing deep, heavy squats when I have a spotter (I almost wrote sponsor...ya, that too)...wow, it's worth 2-3 reps to me. I had a chance to use some chains last night on one set of squats, it was pretty cool because at the bottom it got easier, then harder as I went up. The chains weighed around 20 lbs each, and they hang until they just touch the floor. As you go down, the chain coils up on the floor, taking weight off the bar. As you go back up, it adds back on. There are different ways to hang them, depending on how much you want it to change. The guy with the chains also had bands that he uses, he got both from westsidebarbell.com. I tried the bands last week (not leg day), they were weird. Brett
