Motivated by a friend who was VERY successful with BFL. I've enjoyed the energy I received from daily workouts. A bit annoyed at the slow progress on the scale, but the clothes are starting to fit differently. I'm encouraged by the posts from experienced folks who found so much progress near the end of the challenge. Still motivated to keep going. I DID find a muscle yesterday. It is in my arm and I am certain it wasn't there before.... Scarlett Welcome Scarlett, Yeah, gotta love those muskles! Did you take before pictures? If not, better take em now so you don't miss out on the " after shock " when you compare them to your pictures at the end of your twelve weeks! Keep the posts coming. Guest guest
Keep up the good work. Remember that this is a plan you can stick with for the rest of your life. I have been living the BFL lifestyle since April of 03 and I have no intention of quitting. It has given me confidence in myself. As a guy who was never an athlete and was always overweight growing up this plan has changed my life. I am now in better shape then most of my friends and keep striving to improve. I have lost 5 " in my belly since I started and am psyched about what the future will bring. KEEP IT UP!!!!!!! > Hi All, > > 23 days into my first challenge. I ran for as long as I could on the treadmill. One of my goals is to run for at least 20 minutes without stopping. Today I made it 18. Next time 20!!! Have a great day all! Scarlett Hey Scarlett, that's great. Progress, not perfection as they say. And they are right. Celebrate every high mark you hit. It is worth it!
