I e-mailed you my workout.

About the 5K, I'll think about it. I have been thinking about going

there for a brief vacation, but have not made any definite decision yet.

Check out the Leanness Lifestyle by Greenwalt. It's a

periodization workout... very effective and changes up frequently,

Thanks to all of you for sending me your workouts. I'm printing everything

out and studying them over the weekend before I redo mine starting on

Monday.
