We all have our likes and dislikes and differing approaches, and I have to say that pork rinds just aren't appealing to me! The ones in the snack aisle!!! Carol clued me in about those the first week I was here. I never had them so thought I would give em a try. Not bad! She says they are the diabetics potato chips!!! I put them in my salad and had a few tonight when I was hungry with some yougart as a dip. They have no carbs. I bought them in Wal Mart when I was there last week. Congrats on the great control and the weight loss. Now you should be here cheering those of us who need it on!!!!!!!!! I am one of those!!!
