Welcome, Tyla! Glad to have you here.

Someone else will have to fill you in on pork rinds. We all have our likes

and dislikes and differing approaches, and I have to say that pork rinds just

aren't appealing to me! But I gather they are close to Nirvana for others.

---Hi Tyla!!!

Welcome and glad you came to visit, the more the merrier!!!

You were absolutely correct about the pork rinds!!! The ones in the

snack aisle!!! Carol clued me in about those the first week I was

here. I never had them so thought I would give em a try. Not bad!

She says they are the diabetics potato chips!!! I put them in my

salad and had a few tonight when I was hungry with some yougart as a

dip. They have no carbs. I bought them in Wal Mart when I was there

last week.

Congrats on the great control and the weight loss. Now you should be

here cheering those of us who need it on!!!!!!!!! I am one of those!!!

Again, Welcome and please come back we need your support too!!!!
