In all honesty, I absolutely hate the format of the BFL lifting

program. Because of past injuries I need to look at another

direction, it's just that simple for me. It's my body I know it, I

live with it, so allow me to choose whats best for it.

Ummm, you were the one asking for ideas from the group. I don't

think the tone you have taken with the group is very positive.

Here's what you said:

If we have miscontrued that you weren't asking for advice, please let

us know and I will personally (and maybe others on the group too) not

respond to your requests for ideas. Otherwise, we would love to hear

about your progress and whatever you decide to do after you finish

this challenge.

Tony, I couldn't help but notice the similar mispelling of this word

in this message compared to another person that used to be in our

group. The help you seek also sounds very familar. I thought you

sounded a lot like Jas (laxdoctor77) so I went back to review some

messages.

The reason I ask is that I have had difficulty with the lifting

program. I am sorry if I have bothered anyone in any way. I will just

take 's advice and read a book about it. I did not want to

cause any trouble at all.
