I don't have her address handy right now or I would send her a message. I'm backing up my desktop computer onto DVD disks and it's taking forever, and I don't want to interrupt the process. Guest guest Posted June 23, 2001 Report Share Posted June 23, 2001 Andi, No drug plan or insurance company of any kind - either private or governmental would give you or anyone else a drug that was not FDA approved. It would not happen. Now it is possible a different company would not have to go through the same process as the original drug company did, because the drug has already been approved. So in that case all they would have to do is prove the dose was the same. Sometimes you will see on a make-up label that it says: not tested on animals. While this is true, what it really means is that this WAS tested on a animal, but by some other company so the test didn't have to be done again. Webster says: to make a distinction in favor of or against a person, place or thing. Like I said a drug user who is still using or an alcoholic who comes to the hospital drunk. If a law is past that says every person who needs a tx WILL get one, no matter what - then more organs will be wasted. I think this is why the tx hospitals want alcoholics to be clean for the 6 months before. If you were a doctor and a patient came in for tx and was high on crack, the doctor should have the right to say " Listen up buddy, you have to clean up your act first." People discriminate every day. I prefer Pepsi over Coke. It was not meant in the way you took it. Only that doctor's should not have the power to choose be taken from them.
