I should probably have more, but make up for it at other meals. I hesitate to mention this, but others may find it helpful. Have anyone checked out the new Lean Cuisine's with whole grain carbs and the South Beach Diet with whole grain frozen dinners? If you choose selectively you can get a pretty balanced BFL meal. They are moderately high in sodium, but pretty well balanced at least for me. They are both balanced in carbs and proteins. There's a lot more whole grain products to choose from than when I began BFL 5 years ago. We just didn't have these options and the frozen dinners were a NO since they were only refined carbs.
