Hi,

I put my 'before' pic in the Success Journal.. It added alot to my

motivation during my second Challenge.. When I looked at my old

pic, it felt like 'Postive Pressure' that Bill talks about

in the book.. The idea of looking, and feeling like that again is

rather frigtening in a way.. :)
