HOW TO SEND IT IN: HAND DELIVERY. Hand deliveries will be accepted at Healthy Kids until 5:00 P.M. on January 29. STREET ADDRESS: 661 East Jefferson Street, 2nd Floor, Tallahassee, FL 32311 . Hand deliveries also will be accepted at local Department of Children and Families (DCF) service centers 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. through Friday, January 28, 2005. OVERNIGHT MAIL. The last day to use the overnight mail option is Friday, but you MUST CHECK SATURDAY DELIVERY. FAXES/SCANNED DOCUMENTS.
