New to BFL

Hi,

I've just started BFL and joined the list. I have always worked out regularly

and I eat pretty well...but as I get older, I just haven't seen the results I

feel like I should have...

I train with weights 3 times a week with a trainer, do kickboxing and run.

Has anyone else had a good experience with BLF under these circumstances?

I think I'd be happy losing 5-10 lbs, but mostly just seeing that outer layer of

fat go away and feeling better.
