Guest guest Posted November 3, 2005 Report Share Posted November 3, 2005 Hello all, I want to thank you all for your posts. I find them encouraging. My progress in BFL is to not give up. I struggle with the aerobics and also lower body workouts. My legs feel like they are on fire. I did go to a doctor because that scared me a bit but I am just that far out of shape. Good news/Bad news thing I guess. I wanted to ask about weights. So far I have 2 lb weights (go ahead and chuckle). I am definitely ready for more on UB workouts. Any suggestions? Also, I thought it would be fun to try jumproping for my aerobics. Any suggestions? I guess I am asking for product suggestions or getting started ideas. I refuse to give up. I write everything down - even if it is " bad news " . I not only want to learn from those mistakes or bad choices but I want to see the progress later when I really get the hang of this thing. I have not had a sugar free day yet. That is the main thing on my goal list. I never thought I would crave sugar so much. Maybe it is just a part of getting started because BFL is sure a lot for me to eat esp. with all of the water too. Thanks for listening. Karin B.
