Guest guest
Are you my lost twin? I used to exercise like crazy when I was younger, and my trainer wanted me to compete as well! I became addicted to working out. I'd get up at 5 am and do an hour of yoga. Then PBS had a show called " 20 MInute Workout " which was an aerobics show. I would do that, then get the kids ready for school, walk them to school and take the bus to the health spa. I spent all day there, first stretching and jogging, using the weight machines, free weights, floor exercises, bicycles (which I hated!), aerobics class, a soak in the hot tub, 15 minutes in the tanning room, then floated in the pool. Then shower, dress, and pick up the kids from school. We'd walk home and I'd do the PBS afternoon " Ten minute workout " ., which was much more vigorous than the 20-minute workout. I'd cook dinner, and after doing the dishes I'd do another " 20 minute workout " and half an hour of yoga before bed. If I missed a day I felt really bad. Then the spa went out of business, and I was lost! I did the at-home stuff, but if just wasn't the same. I missed getting a complete workout like I'd been doing, and had actual withdrawal from it. cyn At 07:20 PM 7/29/2004 +0000, goobygirll wrote: >I used to be a big time exerciser, even though I hated it.
