Guest guest Posted June 1, 2005 Report Posted June 1, 2005 Hello, I just joined this group today as I was looking for help and support on the internet. I just stopped taking effexor 4 days ago.. I slowly weened my self off but am plagued by extreme electric shocks (which I refer to as the devil) amoung flu like symptoms... i.e. hot and cold flashes, sweats, dizziness, etc. I have 2 children and I am moving out of state in the end of th month... I am a very positive person, my depression is over... Why is it so hard to end this chapter in my life and start over? How long will these "zaps" happen? Does anyone know anything that can help subside them, so I may function?? Thanks so much Quote
