Anyone else in Paducah, KY?

Hi to all -

I've relocated from the Phoenix area to Paducah, KY (it's a very

long, sad story) and have completely fallen off the BFL wagon since

moving/remodeling a house, etc. I had such great success while I

lived in AZ and want to get back to my former - and smaller - self.

I belong to the Paducah Athletic Club and am wondering if there is

anyone else here who would be interested in keeping in touch for

support.

I'm in Cleveland and I am interested in keeping in touch. Internet allows

for a long arm. Jen B can get a few good pokes in all the way from California.

Never underestimate the power of support that comes from this group!
