Softening Hair

I am looking for a substance that will penetrate the shaft of human hair, in

particular male facial hair, and soften it.

Hi Bill ... I have several ideas but, for the face, skin type should be

considered. Certain oils will do just this, but you want oils that do not leave

a

face feeling oily, clogging pores, etc. The trick is to put barely a drop and

rub between fingers of both hands, then lightly apply to " ends " of facial

hair ... as in touch the oil to the hair once over.

I'd play with combos that include 10 - 20% castor, as it's wonderful for this

purpose. Some you may want to consider in the mix based on budget and what

you're after could include almond, jojoba, meadowfoam, olive ...
