Guest guest
Hi All, I have been busy helping my wife move into the new apartment, travelling to Chicago on weekends. I have been eating really clean but have missed 2 workouts...but still going strong. Woke up at 5:00 to get to the gym and locked myself out with the apartment keys and car kets inside!!!!! How dumb! Watsed 1 hour waiting for the emergency apartment services guy to show up and let me in ....Imagine driving up to the ATM at 5:45 to pay 35 bucks to this guy! That was one hell of a mental workout! But I still managed to get to the gym in spite of these setbacks.... Here's today's menu : M1 : Breakfast burrito (EFL) M2 : Eggs and toast (EFL) M3 : Chicken Enchiladas (EFL) M4 : String cheese and apple (EFL) M5 : Banana myoplex pudding (EFL) M6 : Asian Beef Stir Fry (EFL) Pretty tasty huh ??? And I have cooked all of it myself!!! Harsh
Guest guest
Your meals look good Harsh, although I can't imagine ever eating 1 piece of string cheese or any cheese PERIOD(besides the dreaded Cottagecheese) and it be enough protein for BFL, what gives?? I know it's in the EFL book but it just doesn't see right to me. leigh fl.. > > Here's today's menu : > M1 : Breakfast burrito (EFL) > M2 : Eggs and toast (EFL) > M3 : Chicken Enchiladas (EFL) > M4 : String cheese and apple (EFL) > M5 : Banana myoplex pudding (EFL) > M6 : Asian Beef Stir Fry (EFL) > > Pretty tasty huh ???
