Those are my thoughts and I'll just rule it out all together unless I

have to take snack foods to a party. This will be just the thing.

I really depends on your portion size. The meal as written with 2

pieces of string cheese has 16 prot, 23 carbs, and 3 fat. If I were

to have this meal (haven't yet), I would probably consume 4 pieces of

string cheese.

I'm going to make the brownies this week. It didn't look like a big

enough portion so I am going to cut them into 8 pieces instead of 12

or I could supplment with a protein drink. The first time I make an

EFL recipe, I check the nutrition info in case I need to make an

adjustment in the serving size.

I've eaten the apple and string cheese and the cooked apples and cheddar

several times. I've had great progress with getting the extra 5-7lbs off

that I gained last year, and I'd say 90% of my meals are EFL. I think some

of the meals are lighter on protein and heavier on the carbs then we are

used to. You have to remember though, that the point is to keep your blood

sugar levels steady through out the day. The cheese will keep the apple

from spiking your blook sugar. If some meals are a little light on the

protein, some other meals will make up for it. You have to look at the

whole day sometimes, and maybe relax a little about each and every meal.

That said, I wouldn't eat it every day, but it is a perfect take along

snack.

You have to trust Bill . Look at him! If eats it, then I will too!
