Propylene Glycol is a humectant. But when you think about it, anything left on the skin could retard transepidermal water loss (TEWL), therefore any of the ingredients could retard water loss and be considered a " moisturizer " . Heck! Water is a moisturizer. >My question is....what ingredient(s) are the actual skin >moisturizers? (other that glycerin) Your question should be " Has this product passed a valid challenge test?
