Guest guest Posted March 10, 2004 Report Share Posted March 10, 2004 I agree that the decrease in weights is probably due to your new exercises. Give it a few weeks and eventually it will go up. I seemed to be stuck on my bench press forever and then the weight went up up 2 workouts in a row.
