Hi Gang!

Boy do I seem out-of-kilter lately. Sleeping poorly, and then

sleeping late. Didn't go shopping for EFL this past weekend, so now

I'm eating " on the fly " . Having to back down on cardio last night,

after many great gains. I feel like the walking dead this week.

The good news is that I haven't missed a workout recently, and I'm

sore from the ones that I've done. And, best of all, even though my

planning has been poor, I've managed to stick pretty close to an

authorized BFL meal plan. Take a look...

Today's meals:

M1: Yogurt and LF CC

M2: Apple and RF Cheddar Cheese

M3: Kaiser roll w/sesame seeds, lettuce, onion, turkey breast,

tomato, FF mayo (store was out of WW rolls!)

M4: Yogurt and LF CC

M5: Betsi's making Sirloin Tip Roast, Baked Potato, Broccoli

M6: Some kind of Myoplex Shake (probably Chocolate Mint)

Tonight is LBWO night. Wish me well!

Looks good Bob. These are the times we have to dig a little deeper into

ourselves to pull out that special energy that moves us past these additional

challenges. Sounds like you are reaching that drive and seeing your plan

through.
