Guest guest
Happy Dance!!! Happy Dance #1: Started " over " today. Last week sucked, workouts were truncated and body felt crappy, somehow pulled right glute, could hardly walk on friday, had only did one set of legs on weds, (got call at gym, dishwasher blew up, water went under new hdwd floor and ruined it), worked 21 hours straight on friday, blah blah blah. Wrote it off and started over today. Did notice that creatine has finally left the system (44 days) after using it for several months, 3-5g/day. Gonna go without for a little while, then back on. Happy Dance #2: Lori started back working out this morning!!! She's been knowing she should for a while, been gearing back up, ready to make the mental committment to get back in the habit. Over the weekend she bought a pair of pants and that was the last straw. She's in for life: babies are done, feelin' good again, getting *some* sleep, etc. I pumped up the tires on her new jogger and off she went. Here we go!
