I've been meaning to post my progress with weights since I don't think

I've done that before.

This is my progress from 2/23 to 7/6 stated as an increase of lbs for

each set of the following:

Flat Barbell Bench Press-10

Flat Dumbell Flys-22.5

Incline Dumbell Press-20

Barbell Overhead Press-10

dumbell Side Raises-5

Bent Over Dumbell Side Raises-11.25

Barbell Squats-10

Standing One Leg Calf Raise-20

Reverse Grip Barbell Row-22.5

Dumbell Row-12.5

Deadlifts-5

Standing Barbell Curls-5

Incline Dumbell Curls-6.25

Anyone see any inconsistencies here? This is a little over 4 months

progress. These are the 3 workouts that I do and the order that I

perform the exercises. I also do ab exercises, dips, pullups, and

pushups. I'm continuing to work on these same exercises and I always

try to increase the weight or reps each workout.
