Ok, I'm going to reply to this with the exact same thing I sent to

you this morning off-list:

You asked for advice. If you don't like what you hear, you politely

thank the person for their input and take it or leave it. You don't

criticize someone else's opinion when YOU are the one that invited

it. That's called common courtesy.

Sara,

Thanks for the kudos.... and a big thanks to you too for all your

help. For those of you who don't know, Sara has been my " silent

partner " co-moderator for quite a while now, covering for me when I

can't check the messages for a few days. She has been a lifesaver,

so a big pat on the back to her too! :)
