Guest guest
Depends on how often you plan to eat bars. Personally, I'm sick of bars. I think that the Detour, Oneway, and U-turn are all gross. They tasted great when they first came out, but not anymore. I haven't had the EAS bars in awhile. I'd concentrate more on trying to get as close as you can to whole foods and if not, use shakes which are a better choice than bars. Otherwise, there are recipes for bars and they taste much better than anything you can buy in my opinion. Andy > Hi everyone. Guest guest
Of all the Designer Whey bars, I do like OneWay the best. I'm probably burned out on these bars since we were using them for M6 so often for while last year. Andy > Thanks , your points and advice are well taken.
