Depends on how often you plan to eat bars. Personally, I'm sick of

bars. I think that the Detour, Oneway, and U-turn are all gross.

They tasted great when they first came out, but not anymore. I

haven't had the EAS bars in awhile.

I'd concentrate more on trying to get as close as you can to whole

foods and if not, use shakes which are a better choice than bars.

Otherwise, there are recipes for bars and they taste much better than

anything you can buy in my opinion.

Of all the Designer Whey bars, I do like OneWay the best. I'm

probably burned out on these bars since we were using them for M6 so

often for while last year.
