My wife had a baby almost four months ago and we went on BFL to help

her get some of her baby weight off. She looks great and is really

working hard. She has been very dedicated to the program, but she

is starting to lose faith. We are at the end of week 6. I am

starting to see good results and so is my wife. However, the area

she wants to tone the most is her hips and upper thighs (and tushy

too). She has seen no improvement in these areas. After our last

child, she did her own workout program and had better results in her

problem areas (though no results anywhere else). She is getting

frustrated. Any advice?

I was watching a BFL tape yesterday during my workout and at the end

of the tape was a brief interview with Cyndi Crawford and her mom.

They both did BFL and Cyndi did it after the birth of her 2nd child.

12 weeks later she did a commercial for EAS.
