Guest guest
Well, as fate would have it, I've already suffered a momentary setback. I got all the way through the shoulders this morning in my workout and became ill and had to leave the Y before I drew any attention to myself. I have been in bed most of the day battling bouts of nausea. About the only thing that has appealed to me has been coca-cola and canned soup...so I haven't done too well on the eating plan today. Someone fixed lunch for me and brought me a phenergan so I am feeling much better now. I'll probably (if I'm feeling up to it) do my aerobics in the morning followed by the bi's & tri's that I missed today. I am still determined to finish this challenge despite the momentary setback! Guest guest
, why not diet cola or water for fluids? And how about yogurt? Or if you must have soup, what about low sodium, lower calorie soup? Even when sick, there are ways ... the mind can achieve! I hope you get better! But coke during sickness seems to be adding insult to injury. > Well, as fate would have it, I've already suffered a momentary > setback. Guest guest
I've heard that a lot of sugar weakens your immune system. Andy > , why not diet cola or water for fluids?
