Guest guest
Here's todays menu: M1- Chocolate Oatmeal M2- Cottage cheese & yogurt M3- Subway Chicken Wrap. This is a new item that Subway is offering. I didn't have one of the combos they were promoting with the bacon (lots of fat). You can turn any sub into one of these wraps. The chicken should be a pretty safe choice. The wrap itself is made with wheat gluten, cornstarch, oat, sesame flour and soy protein, has only 5 grams Net Carbs. There is around 20 carbs overall I'd guess based on the other information. I think the Net Carbs probably means something to people on the Atkins diet. Here's the nutrition info, but the one that I had was just chicken and some veggies. http://subway.com/applications/NutritionInfo/nutritionlist.aspx? CountryCode=USA & ID=sandwich or http://tinyurl.com/2o9kp The nutritional information for the subway Chicken Breast is as follows: 90 calories 14 g protein 3 g carbohydrate 2.5 g total fat The wrap is kind of doughy, but I liked it. M4- Cottage Berries (EFL) M5- Chicken enchiladas (EFL) M6- Anyday Sunday (EFL) Andy
