FDA Warning Letter to Hydroderm Beverly Hills

Hello,

I ran surfed into this warning letter dated SEP 26 2005 (concerning Anti-Agiing

cosmetics) to Hydroderm of Beverly Hills. Thought you might find this as

interesting as I did.

For example, on the website they *did* have

" Anti-Aging Eye Complex is a unique serum that diminishes the effects of aging

in the delicate skin around your eyes. " (noted in the warning letter)

It now reads: " Anti-Aging Eye Complex is a unique serum that diminishes the

effects of aging in the delicate skin around your eyes. " Note: there is no

change!. So much for prompt attention.
