Guest guest
Well, here I am finally back at the business of menus. I believe that Andy has far surpassed me in creativity at this point....BUT NOT FOR LONG. My EFL book is on order...and once it gets here...watch out! Ok... M1 Power oatmeal, made with strawberry protein powder. (Not bad) M2 Chocolate mint protein bar M3 Chopped roasted turkey breast in Hot & Spicy Chili Beans, raw baby carrots and celery. M4 Tuna Salad made with apples and walnuts (oops...I just realized I didn't have a carb) %-[ M5 Grilled Filet steak, baked potato, steamed green beans with crisp red onion M6 2% cottage cheese, pineapple chunks, honey roasted almond accents Kelley C6W1D1
Guest guest
I've always been impressed with your menus! And your message on your goals; very impressive as well! I think posting menus is great to give other people ideas and it helps keep me on track. I've have most of next week planned out already. I guess more creative meals and better menu planning are one of my goals this year and EFL and Stella's Kitchen are going to help me accomplish this goal. I didn't get any menus posted this weekend, but the Chicken Enchiladas from EFL were excellent. Tasted like something from a fine Mexican restaurant, but not high in fat. A lot of the recipes in EFL seem to have a mexican or southwestern flair. Andy > Well, here I am finally back at the business of menus.
