Guest guest
Leigh, It's great to have you back! Sounds like you've gotten your ducks back in order. Congrats! You'll love that EFL book. I've tried every meal on your menu except M2, and loved them all (especially the chocolate mint). I hope you feel the same. Guest guest
Thanks Bob, The thing I love about this book is that I can have a different meal every day and not get tired of it. At least that's what I say now:) My strawberry banana shake is different from the book. I put a scoop of vanilla protein powder, water, frozen sliced banana and frozen strawberries. blend and enjoy,,,awesome:) leigh fl > > Hi folks, > > > > Back in the saddle again,,,,, After a long period away from > > everything, including BFL, I am finally starting to build my life > > back.
