Hi ,

Iodine increases progesterone so if you have an E deficiency or even

borderline, you will get those symptoms.

Brain fog, is a classic E deficiency symptom.

It's possible you could tolerate smaller doses of the Iodoral if you

get your E levels up. I know there are some who tout taking high

doses of iodine, but I personally feel those doses are entirely too

high for many of us and unnecessary.

The Breast Cancer Choices dot org site says that iodine detoxing

bromide into the bloodstream can cause symptoms of brain fog. Have

you tried the salt loading protocal to see if your symptoms are from

detoxing bromide?
