Hi n,

Welcome to Lyme_and_Rife. Many people in this group are using the coil machine for Lyme and coinfections.

You can download a powerpoint presentation on building your own coil machine here (click on "Build your own Doug coil machine powerpoint presentation), which is on Stolar's old website:

http://dougcoilmachine.com/freestuff.html

You can purchase a coil machine from one of three trusted builders, here:

http://sites.google.com/site/coilmachines4less/coilmachines4less ( Stolar's website)

http://www.coilmachinesbydoug.com/ (Doug Freeman's website)

http://www.coilmachines.com/ ( Levy's website)

Good luck! If you have chronic Lyme, antibiotics will not cure it (it may cure Lyme if treatment began within weeks of the tick bite). Evidence shows that antibiotics will encyst active spirochetes. When antibiotics are stopped, dormant cysts release active spirochetes, which reproduce, and the process begins again, leading to relapse.

See Rosner's book for a thorough explanation, "Lyme Disease and Rife Machines", here:

http://www.lymebook.com/

Rife is effective for treating Lyme and coinfections, but in theory, it will only kill active spirochetes. The strategy is to keep the spriochetes from encysting, in order to reach them with rife. Some people use antibiotics (abx) to reduce their bacterial loads, temporarily, in order to feel well enough to function. But long term abx treatment will not be supportive of rife. It is counterproductive, because it causes the disease to encyst, and rife cannot reach it. Flagyl cannot reach Lyme cysts effectively either, as proven by a number of people in this group.

Rife will not harm the body, like long-term abx will. Detoxing the body from rife treatments is essential, as the dieoff from rife treatments (spirochete debris) is a biotoxin, and must be cleared as quickly as possible. Abx will also produce dieoff debris biotoxins, as will all killing protocols. Detoxing when treating Lyme and co's is a must.

Hi,My name is n and I am located in Australia. In March 2009 I wasdiagnosed with ALS. However, just this past week I have been diagnosedwith Lyme. This is the first Lyme test that I have had, so I am hopingthat it is the entire cause of my ALS. Up until last week I thought Ionly had six months to live, but now there is hope that the deathsentence is no more.My LLMD doctor has started me on antibiotics. He thinks that I will beon them for around two years. Before I went to the doctor, I didn't think that the likelihood of mehaving Lyme was much at all. But now with the positive test, I havebeen looking into Lyme all week, trying to learn as much as I can.The picture that is being painted in my mind, is that antibiotics is themain treatment for Lyme. But I have also read in many places

that afterone, two or three years of antibiotics and an ending of symptoms, thatmany people relapse back into their Lyme symptoms six to twelve monthsafter stopping treatment. I have also read in many places that Rifetreatment, especially using the coil can be very effective at treatingLyme and those that do use it mostly don't have the problems withrelapses. So based on the picture in my mind, I have a few questions that I hope Imight find answers for in this group:-1. How successful is Rife treatment for treating Lyme? Does it helponly a few, or do most get benefit from it?2. Is it really long lasting, thus avoiding relapses?3. Do you Rife while still on antibiotics?4. How often do you treat yourself?5. Is only "coiling' necessary, or is it good to use a combination of"coil" and "contact" Rife treatment?6. I am a

technician and have access to most of the components Ibelieve that would be required to build a Rife machine. Is theresomewhere on the web where I can go to get details on the specifics onhow to build one? Diagrams, schematics, construction details, etc.7. Any other info that would be useful would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks for allowing me to join this group. I feel at home already!(But don't worry, I won't put my feet on the sofa!)- n------------------------------------If your post is not about electronic devices used in the treatment of Lyme then please put an OT: in the subject line. -------------------------------

Hi n,

I also live in Australia and use a rife machine. I would be more than happy to

talk with you off line about it. You can contact me at:

summersa@...

In the meantime, there is a great Australian Lyme group also on health groups

yahoo called LymeOz. I would suggest joining that group as well. Some people

there use rife.

I rife a couple times a week, but it is not just for lyme. I rife for virus,

immune support & lyme. And I did use my GB 4000 while transiting off of abx. It

is not recommended by most people, but I do know many people do it anyway.

Welcome,

Aimee

Hi Jane and all

I am still fairly new to all this-- had a positive test for Lyme and this explains my 38 years of chronic ill-health, starting after a flu'l-like illness with fever, stiff neck and photosensitivity when I was 14, (I am now 52). My two sons were both born with what we now know is Lyme -- and both have been ill since the day they were born.

I have ordered a rife machine from Stolar and understand that this is the best way to kill the spirochete borellia.

Is it necessary to also do the Marshall Protocol to kill the L- bacteria -- in the cell-wall-deficient stage?

The thought of being without sunlight and vit D terrifies me, as I feel so much better in the sun and taking Vit D supplements, but realise this might be because the Vit D is acting like steriods and immuno-surpressing.

Is it possible to be truly cured of long-term chronic Lyme without doing the MP? Will rifing (and detoxing) be enough, if I do it over a long enough time? How can we ever be sure we have got the borellia in spirohete form -- and that they are not lurking as cysts and L-bacteria? This seems crucial to me. If we only rife and stay off all anti-biotics -- natural as well as pharmeceuticals-- will we have all botellia as spirochetes? I am also using MMS and have used Ionic silver, as these should nor cause spiorchete reversion to L-bacteria. Am I right?

Thank you to all of you who run and participate in this life-saving forum.

I will be back with my introduction soon.

Debra

Jim Meissner does not make a coil machine. He makes a rife type device that

consists of two panels that you sit between. Though this method seems less

cumbersome then a coil machine, it is not nearly as strong. His machine uses

electrical fields rather then electro-magnetic fields. Electromagnetic fields

penetrate the body whereas electrical fields do not. Most improvements that

have happened from Meissner's machine have been temporary and those who are

symptom free are also taking colloidal silver and to my knowledge only one

person who is using the Meissner machine is symptom free and she has treated

with long term antibiotics too. Jane had a machine made by Jim Meissner. I

don't know if she still has it, but she has been using a coil for the past two

years. She would be the person to talk to about Jim's machine as I believe that

she is pretty objective about it. Jim Meissner is a pretty good salesman, so I

am glad that you are doing your research before you commit to buying his

machine.

It is fairly new, so no long term history, uses low power, typically not good

for Lyme and requires the use of CS (collidal silver), which I would not use on

a regular basis and there is a lot of controversy about using CS period! I just

posted about this earlier today, check out what I wrote...

OH, and while JM initially tried to tout his machine as the Doug Plus, it is

absolutely nothing even remotely close to a Doug Coil machine... The Doug Coil

is the only effective rife type machine built specifically for Lyme.... And the

Doug Coil is the most owned machine in the Lyme community...

Take care

Jim
