Guest guest
Hi I've shipped some large orders but instead of using bubble wrap I use corrugated brown card. I find that much better than the bubble wrap on two counts - one its stronger and two it won't make the soap sweat. I used this last year on a large consignment going out from Ireland to the US and had no problems. The butcher paper underneath will be fine. The main thing is to ensure the boxes are packed tighly with no room for the soap to move around in. The most I put in any one box was 20kg about 50lb roughly which we then took to the shipping warehouse and they paletised it for us to go into a container. You can see what our logs look like on the front page of our website. > >]
