Guest guest Posted February 2, 2010 Report Share Posted February 2, 2010 My mother called last night because she remembered that when I was about 4 months old I started exhibiting signs of " startling " when the windows were open in the house. My Doctor said it was an extreme case-and nothing has changed. I still get angry when I'm surprised by a loud noise! I'm 39 now, and as I get older it's the softer sounds that bothers me. It feels like I'm no closer to an answer for the 4s riddle; a balance between hope and disappointment. At least I have self-respect(I hope!).
