Ingrid, you know I never realized you and I have an awful lot in common! I had

2 children when I married my dh and we had one more and thought that was enough.

I think I started REALLY regretting it about a year and a half later maybe,

probably sooner. I regretted it a little the morning after the surgery, but not

enough to get serious about it back then. I had my tr 12 days before my ds

turned 3. Bean is due June 30th, but being another c-section they usually take

them 10-14 days early, so it could be right on top of Jake's b-day on the 16th

of June. He thinks that is neat!

I hope everything works out for you. You will love Dr. Levin!! He is a really

sweet friend, and keeps up with me even now. Best wishes to you!!!

Trisha~ Sorry If I didn't respond earlier. Welcome to the group! You will

find alot of support here. This is a kind bunch of ladies! I'm Ingrid, new to

the group about 3 weeks? I am 30 hubby is 39. I had two children when we

married and so we had one more and thought that was enough. TL was after my

last was born in 1995. I began to regret it when DS was about three. So it

has been three and a half years now of wanting another baby! TR is scheduled

for 17Jan2002 (tentative). I am waiting to hear from the Dr. to see if they

have been paid by the lender yet. Anyway, enough about me. I look forward to

getting to know you and will pray that your body with balance out. I have

heard that the ovaries can get overactive after TR and even increase the

chance of multiples. I bet you will adjust. I will pray for you! God bless,

and keep writing! We love to hear from new members! Lots of love,

Well, , I would certainly hope it wouldn't hinder our relationship!

LOL Honesty is the best way to go. Hopefully, someone can learn from my

experience. By the way, it is not on my record and I had never been to jail

before. I cried the whole time. Yes, I am one of those type of gals! LOL I

had seen women slap their husbands in the movies so many times, it seemed

appropriate at the time, but wowie. What a gruesome aweful memory. Now how

about you? Any ghosts in your closets ladies? He He Love to all of you,

Ingrid

Hi Dr. Levin! I'm really a nice gal, promise :0)

Ingrid,

Yep I had my TR 8-20-01. Your turn is coming up

soon! woohoooo! I remember when I went into have my

TR I had just joined the group like a week or 2 before

hand and I knew nothing hardly about what surgery

itself was going to be like. Basically the only

things I knew were to take comfortable clothes and ask

tube lengths. LOL I thought that it was wrote in

stone some where that I would definately have staples

after surgery but I didn't. He gave me stitches that

disolved so they didn't have to be taken out. So ask

all the questions you want before your TR so you'll

know what to expect. I've been TTC for almost 4

months now. One of these months I AM gonna get LUCKY!

I can just feel it! :-). One reason I didn't know

much at time for TR was that I tried to not think

about it until I actually had the money and could pay

for it. So.... Soon as I had saved the full amount..

I got anxious.. very anxious!!! LOL Within a week I

found a buddy, paid in full, and had TR! I'm NOT a

patient person and when it came to getting my TR it

showed BIG time. Plus I couldn't sleep that whole

week. Just knowing that it was paid for and was

finally " real " was just very exciting.

Good Luck, Donna

Excellent! That is just the thing to do. I know that Dr. Levin will give you

a clear understanding of your situation as soon as he receives the reports.

Schedule your consultation after you send the reports and he will go over

them with you. I wish you wonderful chances and want to remind you that Dr.

Levin has had pg successes with short tube lengths, so keep up your hope!

I will resend tonight, it is in Word. It took us 4 months to get pregnant, and

no the TR didn't affect my AF in any way. I did have some trouble with the

incision healing on the left side, but that is normal. I just did hot soaks and

peroxide for a couple of weeks and it finally closed up. My husband did the

housework for a couple weeks after we got home, I did light things but he wanted

to make sure I healed all right. Do NOT overdo it, the mess will be there when

you are feeling up to cleaning it. Best wishes!!!

Re:

,

For some reason, I didn't get your story. I think I have a block on pictures

to my e-mail. I will remove it and let you know. Sorry for the hassle. I look

forward to reading it!!! How long did it take you to get PG? Did the surgery

affect your AF? If so, for how long? Could you do house work on the fourth

day (laundry, sweeping, dishes)? I would appreciate anybody's input on these

questions!!!! God bless,

Ingrid

That's so funny! I just bought a tredmill and was using it alot at first, but

I have been so busy with the holiday, I haven't used it. It only takes 20

min./day, but I can't find the time? Thanks for reminding me! The thing is

collecting dust!!! I bought my crib on E-bay. I looked forever for what I

wanted and then when I found a good deal I snatched it up. The crib costs

around $1200 or more new and I bought it for $350! I didn't need to pay

shipping cause the people had relatives near me and they brought it down to

Salem so I could just pick it up. That was alot of fun! I gave away all of my

baby things for the same reason, but I am excited to get new things for the

new baby! This time I am not going to find out what the sex is, so buying is

a bit more difficult, but I think it will be fun to take my baby out and buy

outfits after it is born. I have some unisex outfits already! If I don't get

pg after all of this, I will be very heart broken! Dr. Levin told me that it

sounds like I have the ovulating timing thing down, so I won't need to chart

temps. I can tell when I am ovulating every month. I get a big imbedded

pimple on my chin! Yippee! LOL and the other signs that go with it. I called

the Inn at Jewish Hospital and reserved my room. This is really happening!

Everything is falling into place so I know it is God in the works!!!! Love

talking with ya,

Ingrid
