GOOD home EMG biofeedback machines?

Does anyone have what they consider to be a really GOOD

handheld/home unit for EMG biofeedback? The one I have is from MDI Medical

in the UK; it doesn't have an autozero control and it gives you different

readings if you have it held horizontally or vertically, which seems a

little weird to me to say the least. It costs around £300 (what, about

$480?) which seem a lot of dosh to pay for something that doesn't work very

well...
