Guest guest
Has anyone checked to see if this is authentic? A lot of scams are disguised in this way. Thanks, B.
Guest guest
We were at Disney this past weekend and the Guest Assistance Pass we've always been able to use in the Fast Pass lines was declined at Test Track and a few others. We were still able to access a few popular rides, but were given a hard time at others at several of the parks. Luckily, the lines weren't very long, but this seems like a trend to me. Next time we go, I plan on explaining my son's extreme aversion to waiting and potential for meltdowns when I pick up the passes at Guest Services - hopefully, there's a higher level pass for the asking. Guest guest
WAS AT DISNEY LAST WEEK HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. RECEIVED A PASS SO THERE WAS NO WAITING IN ANY LINE AND EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL. EVEN GAVE US A PASS FOR THE STROLLER WHICH THEY SAID COULD BE CATAGORIZED AS A WHEELCHAIR SO WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE THE FOLDED STROLLER ON THE RIDES AS WELL.
