Hi-

Thank you all for the support and advice. I have asked him to go to

couseling but I am only home about 3 months a year. I am a 28 year old

Veterinary student in Scotland. So, we don't have time to do continual

therapy. Plus, he thinks we will just " bash " each other in it. He

knows that I have a physical problem but doesn't understand deep down I

think why I dont' have a sex drive anymore. I mean if you think about

it, pain every time is a very negative reinforces. He used to feel

rejected and unattractive because I was not in the mood, ever. I

realized what I was doing wrong and so tried to be more attentive as I

have said. He thinks I am just going through the motions. He also will

not talk to anyone but me abou this so I feel guilty in the end. I mean

in the end it is me with the problem and him who is healthy....He is a

wonderful man and has been very patient but I think his patience is

running out. We need the instant connection when I am home otherwise it

makes the separation worse. Last summer we didn't get it and this term

has been HELL.

Anyway, I looked on Dr. Willems site on Estrace and have some

questions. Do any of you have itching related to healing? I have been

on the cream since August and find that I am very very itchy now. Also,

I looked last night with a light and mirror and found it to be very red

with white mucoid looking but not able to remove substance on the very

inside. Is this normal increase of blood flow? And is this the white

that the people with chronic yeast have seen? Also, I am on loestrin

birth control pills and don't really get a period. Does this make the

problem worse?

Thanks again all-

,

I am a yeast person. There were times when I would get a mirror and

look at myself and was unable to see the skin on the inside of my vagina

the white gunk was so thick. Is that anything like what you're

describing?
