I have not been able to eat ice cream or dairy products since I was 21 and now

I'm 37 on ThreeLac and can have some every so often. I have only been on

ThreeLac since mid-May and have noticed so much improvement already. I can give

details if anyone wants them :) primarily no itching, fatigue, mental

alertness has happened, and etc etc.

let me know what you think of the ThreeLac. If you have any questions while

taking it, let me know also. Sometimes you can experience some die-off with it

and become discouraged--but hang in there as it is well worth it!

Re: what you can eat. Generally just remember--- It's much better to stay away

away from white sugar, white flour and dairy products. Now, I am not doing

perfect in any of those areas--but that is the general rule. ThreeLac does

allow you to " cheat " some. Cut down on the dairy--cheeses--and see if that

helps the bloating. 100% whole wheat bread helps on the bloating for me--lots

of fiber. Gets things moving to reduce the bloating. Are you constipated also?

Pizza is OK--but it does have the cheese. I would just say to generally

remember to don't load up on sugars and diary. Remember, the pizza is not

helping much w/the bloating as it has excessive salt (makes you retain water)

and the dairy w/the cheese. Anytime you have something w/sugar, flour or

dairy, you will just experience the ThreeLac not working as well, basically.

I still have bloating sometimes and I have taken the product for 3 months. I

will contact my friends that have been taking it much longer than myself and

find out what advice they have re the bloating as that is a good question. :)

Jill-

I have yet to try threelac, but I have read much about it. I wouls stay

away from carbs the first few weeks (sugar, simple carbs, wheat, oats,

etc...). Stick w/veggies and protein. I have read that some people see

results immediately on threelac while others do not see resulrs for several

days. Some people had to increase the number of packets they take to three

(or more). I also read that it is extremely important that you increase

your fiber intake. Using threelac, you will kill a lot of yeast. The dead

yead may start to accumulate inside your colon, and it could impact your

colon. Thus, you need to eat tons of fiber and drink plenty of water while

using the threelac to expidite the removal of the yeast you will be killing.

I hope this helps. may have additional info since she has actually

been using threelac. Threelac seems very promising. I am looking forward

to trying it myself.

The vaginal itching will decrease w/time w/ThreeLac--believe me--the bloating

gets better also although w/me it took more time. One other thing that helped

w/the bloating for me, anyway, is to take a packet of ThreeLac right before I go

to bed--the next morning I notice I am not as bloated.

anyway good luck and keep me updated

That is true that you really need to watch your diet w/ThreeLac. However, I

think Jillian and others have been stating that it doesn't have to be extremely

strict. Thank you for your analogy! I don't know that anyone w/ThreeLac has

said you don't need to take care of your diet--in fact--on the ThreeLac

instructions it specifically states to watch your diet, (and provides

recommendations--no sugar, etc.) especially during the first 6 months of taking

the product.

Hello thanks for your response. The information you shared was very

helpful. I think I am constipated. I was thinking of getting a gentle laxative

to help things along. Now I have been on the Threelac for four days and I have

noticed increase in vaginal itching and die symptoms of stomach upset and

tearing eyes and also a tingling tongue. I guess the Threelac is doing the job.

Hopefully the bloating will go away. I showed my boyfriend how bloated I am

and he said it looks as if I am pregnant. The funny thing is I weigh 117 lbs.

I'm am so glad I heard all the good things you said about Threelac. I'm a

happier person now that I can cheat some on my diet.

Using Threelac, you don't have to take care of your diet. This is a

misleading statement, unbelieveable that a healthcare company will say this.

Think: If a person is sweeping the floor, and another person keep throwing

rubbish into the room, can the room be cleaned? How long more does it take

to clean the room? The point is that it will never be completely clean.

Fan;

Hear Hear! That was a cavalier statement if I ever heard one. ALWAYS take

care of diet and detox, otherwise you'll have a series of problems and

probably an untimely death.

Thanks !!! I have also read that it is important to increase fiber

and water intake while on threelac. This helps move the dead organisms out

of your system.

The " best " price I know of for ThreeLac is to join as a member ($20.00/yearly

membership fee) and then you can buy a can of ThreeLac for $55.00. Unless

someone sells it to you cheaper somehow, I wouldn't know of any other method.

Someone asked re the studies on ThreeLac on an earlier message and I am going to

get those studies and resource information. I wonder what results the " candida

expert " can state he's seen/experienced--in other words, what success can he say

he's ha? At least GHT that makes ThreeLac can say they have proven it works. I

know people are hesitant to believe company's own studies--however, I know for

objectivity they usually try to include researchers that obviously have no

opinion/bias in the outcome. That makes the studies legitimate, of course, so

that people realize the results reported as accurate.

Hi Everyone,

The other night I went to a " candida expert " in my city and he told me a

lot of things that conflict with what I read on this board and now I am

more confused than ever.

He told me Threelac does not work, which I am finding hard to believe

since it seems everyone on here loves it.

He also told me not to use caprylic acid anymore because it causes

fibromyalgia!!! I never heard that! Has anyone else?

One last thing, can anyone please let me know where I can buy Threelac

at the best price?

Thank you all sooooooo much.

Best to all of you!

Also, does threelac help with weight loss?

Pete,

Thank you for your time & suggestions. I was on tx last year with disastrous results as far as side effects. I feel fine, so I am choosing to try to help myself along with natural supplements & diet.

I know one thing, It has to be a lot better than going through Peg/Reb treatment.

I'm sorry, but you're not allowed to talk about the side effects of tx on this newsgroup--you will be accused of using "scare tactics" ............Satya

Yes you can expect the candida to get worse during mercury detox...

eventually it will get better as the mercury goes away. It's not

necessarily that the chelators themselves encourage the overgrowth--

it's just that the overgrowth is there because of the metal tox.

Remove the metals and the problem should subside.
