Guest guest Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share Posted July 24, 2008 I havent written too often but I have told everyone how I suffered with bronch for about 10 years and had pneumonia 4 times, etc. you know the whole 9 yards with all the coughing and mucus and fever and what have you that goes with this disease. And then they did a bronch and discovered I had the bug Nocardia and started on the antibiotic sulfatrim. I have taken sulfatrim for over a year now and I am in great health. No more fevers, chills, mucus, coughing-not anything. I dont know how long this will last but its been wonderful.I'm just writing this again because I always read your notes on the internet and I feel so sorry for all of you with this dreadful disease.
