Also the twins are still on formula and bottles as they are delayed and have no idea how to use a sippy cup though I have tried. How do I do the GFCF or the SB? diet with them? Thank you for the info and I am going to google what you have told me to order so far. We aslo have an appointment for the boys to see the DAN doc on June 14 and my daughter July 18.
