Guest guest
Hi Bill, That is just sooo cool!! I never would have thought of being able to do anything like that or that something that was that adaptable existed for us! I may get myself one! Thanks for sharing it! TTFN, (VP) Exercise Equipment I was wondering what different type of ways do you get your exercise from? This past Christmas my wife bought me a mini trampolin and it works really well for me. I can't keep my balance but I can still walk with a walker. I tried a treadmill for a while but I never had much luck with it. I found the trampoline works great for me to still do some walking exercise like I need. I am adding a photo so you can see what my trampoline looks like. Here is a web page where they are sold and more details http://www.bodytrends.com/products/jump/projogtramp.htm I was wondering for those in a wheelchair what do you find useful to still get exercise? . Guest guest
I was surprised how much I use it. I like it being soft on the bottom of my feet. I hope you will enjoy yours. My kids like bouncing on it also. Bill Exercise Equipment I was wondering what different type of ways do you get your exercise from? Guest guest
Shirley sorry to hear you have not been feeling well lately do you think the heat has gotten to you some? Is your husband working at the Ind Speedway this year during the 500? Is the ball you are talking about like those they advertise on the TV commercials? Bill Re: Exercise Equipment Bill, that's pretty cool. I like the stabilizing bar. Great idea even for those who don't have a balance problem. I've started using an exercise ball and doing easy pilates on it. Shirley Bill wrote: I was wondering what different type of ways do you get your exercise from?
